The annual conference of the Polish Association of Translation Agencies (PSBT) on translation management (TM-Europe) will be held on 9-10 October at the Warsaw Marriot Hotel. The conference language is English and all companies affiliated with EUATC member associations can benefit from a special rate. Early-bird registration will be open till August 27. The conference programme will include workshops on sales & CRM, practical EN15038 certification crash-course, a translator-LSP debate, LSP management benchmarks, quality metrics, vendor management strategies, marketing, as well as translation technology, among others.
